non-transferable, revocable license to:

- Install the software
- Use the software for personal, educational,
  and commercial productivity purposes

This license is granted only under the terms
outlined in this agreement.

3. ACCEPTABLE USE

You agree NOT to:

- Reverse engineer the software
- Modify or attempt to bypass software protections
- Redistribute or resell without written permission
- Remove copyright notices or branding

- Device usage analytics
- Background tracking
- Personal information

Your files remain under your control.

No automatic cloud syncing or data transfer
is enabled in this release.

Future versions may include optional cloud or online
features. If that occurs, updated privacy notices
and license terms will be published before such
features become active.

7. WARRANTY DISCLAIMER

- Continuous availability
- Error-free operation

Users accept responsibility for backing up
their own files and verifying important work.

8. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

shall not be liable for:
